Fusion Cuisine was founded in November 2021 by Sean Gobbi, an extremely passionate and dedicated chef with over 30 years of experience within the hospitality industry.

Our menus are fully bespoke and we can ensure that we feature your favourite dishes. As you can tell from our name, we love exploring different cuisines.
All of our dishes are made with the freshest ingredients from a small list of preferred quality suppliers.

We currently run the day-to-day catering operations at the historic Moor Allerton Golf Club. We also cater for all events and weddings at the club.

Sean really went above and beyond for our wedding. He created a custom menu around our preferences and couldn’t have done more when it came to guests with allergies or dietary requirements. Thanks a lot to Sean and Gabby for looking after us on the day!

After getting let down by a company we had booked for two years just 4 days before our event Sean reached out and delivered above and beyond what we expected at such short notice.
